- If your problem is an emergency or life threatening, please call 999.
- If you need to see a doctor in an emergency outside of our usual opening hours, and are within the Sunderland, Gateshead & South Tyneside area, contact the NHS 111 service by dialling 111. Calls to this service are free from both mobiles and landlines. If you are outside these areas call 0191 4302597, calls to this number are chargeable.
- You can also access any of the local Primary Care Centres.
