Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our services and how you perceive the practice and our staff.

To help us with this we have a Patient Participant Group (PPG).

Would you like to have a say about the services provided at Springwell Medical Group? We would like to hear your views. By providing your email details we can add them to a contact list that will mean we will contact via email every now and again to ask you a question or two.

Your contact details will only be used for this purpose and will be kept safely.

The aims of the Patient Participation Group

To offer opinions in a constructive manner and to put forward ideas on behalf of other patients.

We are looking for patients who can make a positive contribution to the development of the practice by becoming a group member.
